What To Expect from Our Business

1-on-1 Personal Training

Personal training is more in depth than what most people think. Every client is different and you have to take that into consideration when dealing with past injuries or health concerns. You have to know how the body functions and notice your client's body language while exercising because safety is always the number 1 priority. 1-on-1 training allows the client to have the trainer's full attention. This allows the trainer to check for proper form, providing you with the most efficient, effective, and safest results. Training sessions are sold separately or in packages. 

Workouts

Workouts are always of high intensity, but maintained to keep the client safe and confident. Part of being a trainer is knowing your clients limitations and not to train them as you would train yourself. The first few weeks are emphasized on building a foundation and becoming familiar with the basic exercises and gradually building up from there. Workouts are all geared and planned around each client's own personal goals.

Online Coaching

Online coaching is a genius, yet simple form of training, but it is not for those who aren't really committed and dedicated. With online coaching, I'll help create a meal outline and rules to your new lifestyle of healthy eating. Every month or so, I'll send you a routine based on your own personal goals and each day you have to log your training results on a spreadsheet. Don't know how to do the exercise? No problem, I'll send you a video of how to properly execute your workout.
